I made a flexible working request when we returned from WFH to office working - most staff have gone back 3 days a week but I made a request to work 4-10 days a month instead. It was accepted, to be reviewed in three months, which was going to be January.
Then the WFH directive came in so and we went back to all being at home. I'm back in the office from next week so asked what we should do about the flexible working request - have been told that we'll do it for another month and then review in February instead of January.
BUT the email confirming this says I have to be in for 10 days. Not the 4-10 days agreed originally. So... I'm not sure how to reply. Do I ask about the changing the terms of the previously approved agreement? I'm not sure quite how to approach it.
If anyone has any advice on how this should play out, legally, I'd be so grateful.
