Just a fun game. Light hearted and not to be taken seriously obviously. Tell me what you had to eat today and I’ll try to guess things about you!

Nothing yet, because I stayed up until 4.30 and up an hour ago. I'm about to have a fruit smoothie.

brunch/breakfast- a tin of mackerel in olive oil with cucumber and rocket with a couple of cup of herbal tea
Lunch- chicken soup with greens and shredded chicken
Dinner- fresh cod, pak choi and mushrooms
(I do a paleo type diet because it helps my MS I think.)

This is hilarious!
Cherry and mixed kichels. I think also popping candy chocolate but can't rememberBlush . Low fat apricot Greek yoghurt.
Water. Carrot sticks. Egg bun and half a tuna bun. Half an avocado and 0 cal thousand Island (thanks grandma Grin) and coffee.
More cherry and mixed kichels. Little bit of leftover beef and chicken and couple baby potatoes.
Picked at couple pieces of lettuce.
This is a pretty healthy day for me Blush other people made the food!

Breakfast = Coffee
Lunch = ham salad sandwich on brown seeded bread & double shot espresso
Supper = chicken korma ,sag ponir , mushroom rice, peshwari naan , white wine

Ohhh fun!

No breakfast as I tend not to eat in the morning.

Lunch: toast topped with a mix of lettuce leaves, thin cucumber slices, boiled egg and pickled herring in a mayo and roe sauce, garnished with dill.

Dinner: roast beef, medium rare, with roasted celeriac and a caramelised shallot gravy, as well as a celeriac/red cabbage/cucumber/apple remoulade with walnuts, dressed with lemon, mustard, parsley and walnut oil.

Also half a peppermint Ritter bar, and copious cups of tea.

Today I ate
Breakfast. Porridge with half water and half semi skimmed milk

Sipped herbal drink throughout the day 500ml.

Decaff instant Coffee and a few pieces of cadburys caramel about half ten

Lunch. Ciabatta roll with spreadable butter, small portion rice pudding with spoonful of jam as it needed eating today and filter decaff coffee.

Dinner. Homemade lasagne with carrots and broccoli, followed by stewed fruit no added sugar. Water to drink.
About to drink a herbal tea.

I had a bowl of chicken ratatouille with loads of vegetables for lunch and I didn't finish it until dinner time

I also had a third of the cocoa and vanilla graze bar and a handful of dry brand flakes

I wasn't very hungry today for some reason!

Minute steak with chips

L: yoghurt with homemade granola

S: bangers and mash, tender stem, red cabbage, roast tomatoes. Two Twirls.

Breakfast: 4(?) digestive oat biscuits, handful of roasted salted cashews
Dinner: oatcakes, 2 carrots, 5 cherry tomatoes, some local semi-soft cheese from the regional supermarket (trying something new, didn't like it).
Snack: salt and vinegar crisps, a treat bc said supermarket doesn't always have them.
Tea: Pasta with jarred tomato sauce, chickpeas, and olives. End of the mixed salad, eaten out the bag with a drizzle of lemon-oliveoil dressing. Carte D'Or vanilla ice cream.
