Oh lord yes, loads! My favourite is The Wolseley, which is more of a grand cafe vibe and does lovely food at a mid-range price. The Covent Garden Hotel is great for a slightly cheaper hotel tea, while in my opinion The Savoy is the best of the grand hotel teas. Browns in Mayfair is lovely and has a cosy vibe but is as expensive as the bigger/posher places. Bruma at the Haymarket Hotel is lower key and has a magnificent cake trolley.

Apparently ham Yard Hotel in soho is nice and good value

I second Ham Yard as really nice and good value - c £30/head. Depends how much you want to spend really and whether you want really traditional (in which case I'd say the Connaught, Claridge's and the Corinthia are v good of the £70+ a head category) or more off beat (love the Rosewood for that). Someone will be along to rave about Sketch but I've never been that keen. I hear Fortnums is great and they do an all savoury menu as well as good vegan options.

Came on to say The Wolseley - there's also a good chance you'll spot a celeb or two.

Sketch is PHENOMENALLY expensive for what it is.

Also the room is looking really tired atm

The Wellesley on Hyde Park Corner. Beautiful 5 star hotel but it’s next to the Langham so it’s surprisingly good value.

I can't recommend it personally but Fortnum & Mason looks lovely and has great reviews.

Not The Ritz. Its nice and all but its so crowded and not particularly special imo.

Thanks for the suggestions will check them out 😊

Definitely not Fortnum and Mason - it is heaving and a bit tired. Or at least it was, the last time I was in there, just before the pandemic.

Almost all the 5* and hotels along Park Lane have good afternoon tea.

The Lanesborough have a very pretty Peggy Porshen afternoon tea.
The Berkley one is inspired by Gucci.
The Mandarin Oriental has some unique presentation too (maybe due to Heston?)
The Halkin Hotel around the corner has a low price, traditional tea. I should add, it was a while back but they have the best breakfast ever - it's the quality of their ingredients I think (your honey is served with the honeycomb, and everything is just fresh).

The Shard, has the lovely views and themed tea. They have had Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland and I think recently it's Peter Pan. You would have to check.
One Aldwich currently has Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Quite sweet with candy floss, milkshake, marshmallows etc.

Otherwise you can hop on that bus, near Westminster Bridge I think is where you can catch it.
