Health tracker watches

I've been having a difficult time of things recently and have been finding I've not been getting enough sleep and have been waking up during the night with panic attacks. I'm trying to address the cause of this but I would also like to get a health tracker watch to monitor my sleep/heart rate /stress levels (if any can do this?) to try to make sure I'm getting enough sleep, exercise and generally just looking after myself better.
What ones do you have/recommend?

I had a Fitbit which was really good. I have a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch now, but I preferred the Fitbit for the sleep and health tracking.

I bought a Mii band off Amazon for about £20 (it was on offer, think they might be about 30 usually). It has the same sort of stuff, sleep tracker, heart rate monitor, step counter etc.

I've used Fitbits for years and have a Fitbit Versa. It's very good. Personalised insights and suggestions on sleep tend to be premium subscription type products, but you can certainly monitor your own trends and do sleep hygiene programmes etc with the Fitbit app and any of their trackers. And there are cheaper products as PP observed.

What sort of budget do you have?

I’ve got the Fitbit Charge and would recommend it. It’s not too bulky and you can get some really decent leather straps on Amazon so you don’t have to have the plastic strap it comes with all the time.

I like my fitbit but... I'm not sure it has the accuracy you want. Or rather, you need to accept that these watches are indicative (suggest what's going on well enough to compare which day was better or worse than another without being reliable) rather than definitive (can really tell you with confidence what happened on that day).

I often find sleep is recorded wrong on my fitbit, for instance.

Not sure about stress levels... how would stress levels be measured? Check Fitbit premium to see if they claim to do that

How old are you as that could be peri menopause ?

they are great.

but they are not a cure.

sleep recording is a bit hit and miss. my watch congratulates me sometimes on a full night's sleep even if I laid wide awake readingfor hours.
