Prese don't accept anyone (medical or otherwise) telling you this is a woman's lot.
You should have bloods done, even though they might say it's not helpful if you do not know which day of your cycle it is...
Full iron panel (need a ferritin of at least 70 if you're of child bearing years according to my haematologist)
Hormones (including testosterone, and hcg- could've have been a surprise, v early pregnancy)
FBC full blood panel, to note any raised white blood cells or crp/ inflammatory markers
Ultrasound too.

You can ask for support, and tell us you're scared, and we will 100% commiserate, but this is one of those moments where you need to be a grown up, and get it checked out.
A day of feeling worried, a day of squeamishness, a few days of waiting for results. All horrible, but nothing compared to what you, and any loved ones would have to deal with if you just stick your head in the sand for a year, and then find yourself having drastic surgery, and/or other treatments.
Just make a call, don't even give yourself time to think about it!
Good luck, and remember to come on here or find a real life hand to hold.
