Lower back pain, upset stomach, nausea…anyone else had this mystery bug??

Since yesterday I have really terrible lower back pain-right the way across and around my kidneys, have the runs and feel very nauseous (not actually been sick but don’t tend to), headache, generally exhausted and a headache. Really odd feeling. I have zero appetite and haven’t eaten at all today. We’ve had covid in the house but clearly not covid symptoms and every test each day for the past 7 days and including today has been negative.

Anyone else had similar?

I've had the lower back pain, headaches that don't respond fully to painkillers, fatigue but waking up at 3am for a couple of hours, feeling like I can't get a proper breath down, sneezing episodes and a fair bit of nose blowing, aching joints/bones, and the most horrible depression and anxious feeling, to cap it all. Has been about 5/6 days, more full on since Tuesday. Yesterday I was breathless and head pounding from walking, today managed a longer, slower walk more comfortably. Generally feeling a bit better today, but every now and again it roars back and I feel very down that it hasn't finished with me yet! All LFTs negative, no nearby access to PCRs and don't drive, so just keeping away from people.
