As others have said, your goals are too broad and so it is hard to feel like you have ever reached them. And when we keep trying to reach unachievable goals, it leads us to become demotivated.
Firstly, write all your goals down, even if they are too broad. This reduces the mental load of thinking about them all the time. They are in one place when you need to access them. Then look at each one and see if you can break them down into smaller chunks. This does not have to be a complete breakdown of each goal into tasks, just enough to get a start.
The tasks need to be actions not results e.g. the task is not lose 1lb this week because that doesn't say how, but for example, your first tasks could be
Create one week's healthy menu plan
Shop for week's menu
Eat healthy menu for one week.
Walk 30 minutes extra 3 days for a week.
When making these smaller plans, decide on what your celebration will be when you complete your tasks. It could be a small glass of prosecco, a trip to the cinema or whatever gives you a little happiness. When we feel our successes, it makes starting the next set of tasks easier as we are more confident of achieving them.
But remember to be realistic. Don't take on too much at once. Better to do a few things well than give up because you feel overloaded. Over time, you will find that you can take on more as you are more motivated and in a good habit of achievement.
Get an accountability buddy. This can be a friend, family member, online buddy or professional buddy. Some find it easier to hire someone objective as family encouragement can sometimes feel like nagging.
So, start slowly, with small but achievable goals and remember to celebrate even small successes.
