If you have an only child, how often do they see other kids on holiday?

Just as the title says really. DS is an only not by choice. I am usually ok with it until holiday time when I end up feeling guilty. We do try and see people as a family but am never sure whether its enough. So if you have an only child, how often do they see other kids say during Christmas holidays? Or even the other ones?

I am in the same boat OP.
Over summer and half terms we see loads of other people but not so much over Christmas.
I am finding this year that she is actually fine not seeing loads of other people and l have maybe tried to over compensate for her lack of siblings whereas she has never known any different and is fine

Luckily my only child DD has a cousin the same age living nearby so they see each other a lot. Must admit if it was all left to me to organise I’d probably be a bit rubbish too, we only average one play date/meet up with friends a month. Doesn’t matter in normal times as she’s at nursery 4 times a week and swimming and dancing classes.
