I would really, really appreciate your help. What (if any) career should I choose ??

I'm 34. I've been a SAHM to DC who are now 16 and 12.

I think my relationship with their dad will soon be ending.

I need to be working. I went through hell and back before with the government cutting ESA and PIP and making it so difficult to get, I will be more traumatised if I have to go down that route again (probably their intention).

I have severe PTSD and have had for many years. This limits what I can do in a big way. Social interaction in person is very very difficult for me - I honesty cannot handle in person interaction much. I've had all the medications and therapies and this is even with management - I've realised I have to work within my limitations and not try to fight against them. I also have Scoliosis in my back and I've been told no lifting over 5kg ever. I'm good with customer service type roles, but I am not creative at all. No qualifications except GSCEs, an NVQ in retail, and I am currently doing a college course in Administration.

I need to find something work from home I think. But what ??

I have around 4 years before the shit seriously hits the fan regarding paying bills (I have some savings but they will be gone after that).

So what should I be training in in the next 4 years ??

What full time jobs can I do from home which do not involve postgrads and/or huge responsibilities ??

How about 111 call handler, I think they work from home and no face-to-face interaction - they seem to be advertising a lot

Absolutely not.

Anyone looking for an interesting and varied career they can do with few qualifications, fire away. Anyone suffering from poor mental health, avoid with a barge pole.

And very little home working available, even during the height of lockdown (in our force at least)

How about being a virtual PA? You can do it from home and it would suit your admin skills.
