I lost him when he was two hours old... Ds2 bought me a lovely mug from him... We have his candles lit...

This is my 3rd Christmas without my daughter. I lost her when she was 15 after she took her own life due to medication, Isotretinoin, for mild acne.

Christmas has gone from a joyful time the whole family looked forward to, to a time we all dread. We don’t have any decorations or cards up. I tell myself it’s just another day to get through.

New Year is just as hard. Knowing you’re moving into another year your child has never lived. Now I just tell myself it’s one year less to live, until I see her again.
