I have some in my fridge, looking for inspiration for tea tonight!

As a dumbing down of lovely spinach recipe - add squeeze of lemon, blitz it with hand blender so it’s pale green and then serve it to kids as ‘pasta and green sauce’

This wrapped chicken breast with Boursin instead of mozzarella. www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/mustard-stuffed-chicken/amp

I make a risotto with butternut squash and shallot halves.

I just warm up the Boursin in a pan with some milk and pour over cooked chicken as a creamy sauce.

alongwayhome · 21/12/2021 17:15

I stuff chicken with it and wrap in Parma ham.

Only boursin recipe I know is to spread a dollop on oven warmed bellinis, topped with a slice of smoked salmon and a sprig of dill. Loving some of the other ideas on here!!
@fmac2987 That sounds delicious. I'm a rubbish cook and worry about undercooking chicken, so can you please tell me do you wrap it in foil and how long does it take and at what temperature? Thanks
Stuffed peppers. Cut the top from a red pepper and scoop out the stalk and seeds, fill with spicy/Mexican rice and a blob of boursin on top. Oven bake for 20 minutes.

Vapeyvapevape · 22/12/2021 06:42

I put chicken breasts in a dish smear the Boursin over them , pour in white wine and cook , stir when the cheese has melted and once cooked add some cream .

@fmac2987 thanks so much, that's now on our boxing day menu!
