Why are the birds tweeting at all the wrong times?

They’re out there doing it now, and in the last few days I’ve heard them doing it at various times when they should be safely tucked up. Is it because the weather is mild?

BruceAndNosh I feel your pain. I live in SW London and there are thousands of parakeets. They are terrible at the dawn chorus, they can't hold a tune at all and just screech their way through it, drowning out all the other birds.

Their numbers do seem to be declining in last few years though, which helps.
