I'm not sure he counts as a celeb but it was a scandal at the time... I have a friend who was a yoof TV presenter in a catholic country in the days of just terrestrial channels who had a child as a result of a one night stand. It made the front pages of the Sunday papers. It was even more of a scandal because they didnt get married or even live together, they co-parented separately.

Also Martin Sheen. His girlfriend got pregnant very quickly into a new relationship. Now they’re obviously making a go of things but it’s obvious that was never the plan.
