Getting blood out of white bedding.

Little one had a nose bleed and its on the new white bedding.

DP helpfully put it straight in the wash (60c)

Is there anyway to get the blood out? It's not much but I'd like to salvage the lovely new bedding.

Thank you for all the suggestions. Randomly I di have some Hydrogen Peroxide, but I see it may not be much use now.

It's not an expensive set, so dry cleaning may not be worth it? But I cannot find it in stock.

Cannot believe I'm a 41 year old, with 3 kids who has never needed to get blood out of something white before????

Hang it outside for as long as possible. It will be fine and should disappear after a few washes.

Whenever I've got blood on anything I've boil washed it and the blood has come out. Confused

Hydrogen peroxide will still work if it’s been washed. I’ve done it.

60 degrees with a scoop of vanish has always worked for me.
