Best top for winter running but doesn't get runner hot for Xmas

Hello does anyone know of a good material /brand /company for a runner for winter.
Hates cold and wants long sleeve but then doesn't want to heat up as running!

What about a gilet? I love mine for winter runs. I'm a 'hot runner' and even in freezing temps I never wear more than a gilet plus long sleeved base layer.
