Love DH v v much, but I like it when he goes on a night out!

I'm going to scoff a Chinese and a bottle of fizz, and I'm trying to decide what utter shite to watch. I'm leaning towards old ANTM or maybe Greys Anatomy.

Does anyone else love when DH clears out for a night?

Oh god this thread has made me so jealous. DP used to work occasional night shifts, and I absolutely LOVED it. I'd settle myself down with a bottle of wine and Netflix, order a takeaway and have an absolutely lovely night.

Then he moved into another job with no nights, no weekends - it's been great for us as a family and is definitely better for him, I don't usually begrudge it... this thread has made me nostalgic for the old days though!

I'm thinking Despacito and Gangnam Style tonight, they're my usual wine dances. Might give the cat a few Boyz to men serenades. I have until at least 2am before DH gets back.

Mine is out too. I love it!! TV to myself. Can watch whatever crap I want with no complaints. He was also out earlier in the week. I treated myself to take out Sushi. DH doesn’t like it. It was a proper extravagance.

Thursday night of CHAMPIONS

Im so annoyed, DH told me today he isn't going out on Saturday after all he wasn't pleased when I looked unhappy about it! Love him to bits but he mainly works from home and I just want some peace!

I didn’t know that there was a second series of Tiger King, how did I miss that??? I know what I’m going to be watching next.

Dp is also out. We are still in the honey moon phase where I actually miss him a bit . However I've laced about with the dogs, caught up with succession and had an m and S microwave meal for tea and it's not been half bad

Oh yes, I usually have to contain my enthusiasm.... I love DP dearly but oh my god he can be annoying. He calls and says you don’t mind if I go out do you..... sometimes I answer before he’s even finished asking the question....😜
