Not Kew lights. My friend's daughter went a couple of years ago with friends, all aged 16 and 17. They were not allowed in as they didn't have an adult (aged 18) with them. As they had all travelled from East London they were very upset.
I’ve just had a quick look and I can’t see on their website about it. That’s really shit. It’s not cheap is it.

Admittedly I would struggle to see them turning away a couple in winter gear (so hats etc) with adult tickets. You queue up and it’s busy. I’ve never seen anyone checked for age.

Final idea, take the riverboat from Westminster all the way to Greenwich, get out, walk up to the Observatory at the top of the hill, admire the view, have lunch in Greenwich, get boat back.

You can do cooking classes at Borough Market too - Bread Ahead do really good ones.

I would check with Sky Garden about their ages. We were there recently and the vast majority of people weren't using the bar, they were just there for the views, so it'd be a shame if they didn't let unaccompanied under 18s in at all.

Not london.
But snow dome sledging?

Following that, I just checked for you. Children under 16 must be accompanied at Sky Garden, sounds like they'll be fine at 17 Smile

Make sure they book a slot though! I think you can do it 3 weeks in advance.

I saw a couple on YouTube go to this the other day. They couldn't recommend it enough.

London eye at night is fabulous, makes Lonfon look like fairyland.
