How do you give your height?

Only just realised there is a difference between saying feet or feet and inches. So for 172cm you can be 5.64 feet or 5 foot 7.7inches.

I use cm.

But also know it in feet and inches

I say my own in feet and inches but in work we use cm (and kg). I have to Google it everytime though, I still can't work it out.
