Side sleeper - ear plug recommendations.

I’m such a light sleeper and it is getting worse the older I get. So am looking into getting ear plugs to see if they help.
But I’m a side sleeper and most of the ones I have seen stick outside of the ear.
Does anyone have ones that they use that are for side sleeper. I’m guessing they sit flatter in the ear ?

I'm a side sleeper. I use Mack's silicone putty earplugs to block out the steam train masquerading as my 'd'h. They work.

I pick them up from Amazon.

Ive got happy ears size small. I find foam ones hurt me as they're too fat for my ear canals.

I found aiming for total silence was unrealistic. Although I managed to create the vacuum with putty silicone earplugs, I now listen to white noise through small earphones, much more relaxing and drowns out very loud noises Smile

I’m a side sleeper and I use a foam earplug in the upwards facing ear only. Sound to the downwards facing ear is muffled by the pillow anyway. If I use an earplug in my downwards facing ear, I just hear my pulse really loudly.

Bio ear. They are silicon. I also have sleep headphones that I play guided sleep meditation through or sleep music

I use 3m ear plugs from eBay, I get about 40 for a few quid, ( the yellow foam ones) they're the most comfortable and they really do block out sound. You have to roll them between your fingers so they're thin and then put them as far in as you can, also pulling your ear backwards at the same time helps. Then they expand and they're solidly in there and sound proof for the night! Good luck!

I use Boots foam ones in the blue box. Side sleeper too. They muffle not remove all noise though. Use white noise too if a noisy night (we live on a town centre street)

The putty like silicone ones are the best. I split one in half coz they are too big as a whole one. You can get from Boots
