I'm on sofa with a cool drink nursing sore arm following covid booster this morning. I had some kind of shaking / nearly fainting attack afterwards so after nurse and paramedic intervention was finally allowed to come home and rest - which I'm stringing out as long as possible

DS (9) is singing what sounds like The Fast Food Song in the Shower before he does his drum practise (electronic luckily for neighbours!)

DD (16) is doing her chemistry homework and I'm really hoping she won't ask for help as I don't understand it at all.

DP is at a works dinner

Cat one is licking her bum, cat 2 is playing with a marble on the floor

Watching Masterchef professionals, eating plain crisps.
Oh is snoozing on the other sofa and one dog is snoring loudly, the other is outside watching the neighbours. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

DD in bed but I can hear her singing to herself. DH in the office shouting at his laptop. He was meant to have shut it down an hour ago. Dcats all fed and put to bed for the night. I'm just out of the shower, laying on the bed contemplating going downstairs to get chocolate mousse out of the fridge but reeeeealllly can't be bothered to move!

Half watching a cheesy gymnastics movie with DD and half having a pointless argument with someone on AIBU!

Not sure where Dcat has got to!

Dh and I eating dinner. He's just got in from training so I opted to wait and eat with him rather than the kids. They are upstairs in bed reading til 9pm lights out. (at least, that's what I fondly imagine. I expect they are wrestling or some such, it's too quiet...)

Dh and I are just back from the gym; he is now in the kitchen cooking burgers for dinner. I'm upstairs at the laptop brainstorming some ideas for my small business.

I’m sat on the sofa watching Star Trek, DH is playing on the computer with his friend, ds2 is in the kitchen eating cereal, ds1 is in his room playing on his computer and dd is texting her friends and simultaneously winding up ds1.
Monday is a quiet day in our house, so the dc can stay on devices a bit later because no one needs dropping off or picking up from any activities.

Having a bath. DS4 is asleep. DP is downstairs watching some crap. Bed in a minute, might watch 24 hours in A&E.

Ds has just tested positive
Dh is working away but due to return soon, so contemplating what to do?!!

The dog is oblivious and looking happy!
I'm just starting to watch close to me, it's on channel 4 and I'm not sure if I like it yet?

DD (7) and DS2 (6) are in bed. DS1 (13) is channeling about something, im not really paying attention.
I'm talking to a lovely guy I met on online dating arranging a date for when I'm covid free.

I'm in on my own, writing some Christmas cards. Half waiting for a phone call, but I said it had to be before nine, so I suspect they're not going to ring tonight.

Toddler son is in bed asleep, newborn daughter also asleep, my partner is playing on his Xbox with a friend and I'm in the kitchen tidying up and preparing for the morning.

I'm on mumsnet and enjoying my pre-bed decaf in my favourite mug.

DH is watching youtube videos of reddit threads on his tablet (I don't think I've ever seen as lazy a pastime!).

DD is reading the Deathly Hallows again in bed.

DS is conked out in a line along the very edge of his mattress.

Dcats1-3 are curled up asleep in various places around the sitting room.

The ferrets are buried in a heap of blankets in their cage in the garage. You can't see so much as a wisp of fur.

The chickens went to bed hours ago - they do very short days at the moment. They're all huddled up in a feathery mass together, except the three hens in the maternity wing; for some reason, two of them hatched other hens' eggs in October, then once they hatched, a third hen wanted in on the action so now we have 5 chicks with 3 mammies and no-one really knows who owns who.

DC in bed, DP sat next to me watching random videos, sniggering to himself. I've got my bedtime malted drink and am getting my cultural fix on sky arts. Contemplating how long I'm going to have to queue at my pharmacy for my prescription tomorrow morning and what needs to be donated/sold/recycled to clear some of the clutter before Christmas starts in our house!

Just flopped out on the sofa with DH watching a couple of episodes of Stath Lets Flats - it's completely nuts and brilliant - the funniest thing I've seen for years.

DS1 (11) is just finishing up in the shower. When he comes downstairs we'll watch a bit of Brian Cox's Universe. I'll try to stay awake but Brian's voice has the tendency to soothe me to sleep 😬

DS2 (8) is in bed.

DH is sitting next to me on the sofa watching cycling videos on YouTube. He'll join us for Brian Cox and tease me when I nod off!

I have just finished watching Masterchef The Professionals, gone out with a torch to fill up the hedgehog feeder in the garden (we have lots of spikey visitors), and I'm just about to go upstairs for a shower while thinking about what I'm going to teach Year 6 tomorrow morning.

DD who-is-17-next-weekend is up in her room having what sounds like an animated phone conversation with best friend about something - probably birthday plans or something vital that happened at school today.

DD15 was lurking waiting for the end of Masterchef and, having got homework done earlier, is now surfing Netflix for a bit before bed.

Cat was outraged when I stood up after watching Masterchef and dislodged her from my lap. Is now sulking on arm of sofa but may shortly settle for DD15's lap.

Just finished some planning that I didn't get finished at the weekend, ds2 just gone to bed, ds1 upstairs revising, Dh and I just about to watch an episode of 'You' on Netflix.

My sister is staying over and we are just getting ready for bed. She has a sore shoulder so didn't sleep well last night and I only got 4-5 hours thanks to my 1 yo DD, who is already in bed and thankfully has not woken once yet tonight. Boyfriend is downstairs using my sister's Netflix login to find something new to watch, he's going to sleep on the sofa so my sister can share the bed with me.

Watching ITV drama The Tower, may go back to Netflix shortly. Trying to slug more water.
DS - has an early shift so has gone to bed
DH - working away.
Dog - has to be laid next to me on sofa and is demanding constant belly rubs.
Cat - outside murdering the vermin.

I am having some red wine and quiet time with the two labs, whilst DH is trying to tire out the puppy in the room next door. She is a huge breed and at ten months old gets a bit much for the two smaller dogs.
So the three of us are enjoying the peace. For now.

Watching project runway and waiting for my washing to finish so I can iron it before bed! 1 cat sleeping tucked up next to me and other is looking out my bedroom window

I am MN'g after a busy day at work and deciding whether to make another cup of tea or just go to bed. Need to be up at 6 for work!
