Healthy toddler snack and lunch ideas please?

I'm looking for healthy ideas for snacks and quick lunches. I don't feed my toddler processed foods or refined sugar yet but I'm worried that snacks still might be too sweet - fruit and homemade sugar free fruity muffins etc. I find raw carrots and some raw veg still too hard for him, (though I offer partly steamed ones sometimes) and so crudités aren't that easy as an option yet. Lunches seem really boring - scrambled eggs, healthy toast, etc.

What else can I offer please?

Pasta with mashed avocado and cream cheese and some cherry tomatoes

Boiled egg and toast with some peas or cucumbers.

Soups for lunch? Mine both liked a handful of dry Shreddies as a snack although they do have a bit of sugar in them so maybe not.

Ooh I'm not sure we are at soup stage yet! Only 15 months and still learning to use a spoon. We've done nearly all finger foods until now.

Mine liked to drink soup from an open cup. Perhaps try Spanish omelette or baked omelette? Eggy bread was always popular with my dc too.

Peanut butter sandwich/toast.
Cheese wraps are a hit here.
Slices of pepper, cucumber with hummus
Homemade waffles (no sugar)
A massive hit is banana pancakes here too.
Slices of cheese (cheddar, or Emmental for lower salt)
Bread sticks with cream cheese dip

Apple slices and peanut butter
Veg sticks and humous
Eggy bread
Fruit pancakes, blueberries are a hit in my house

Egg muffins with egg cottage cheese blitzed up and grated cheese peas and ham added.

Falafel - these ones can be frozen so I make a big batch.
Hidden veg sausage rolls - another one to batch cook and freeze
Egg muffins
Carrot flapjacks

Omelette with added veg.
Eggy bread, as mentioned above, was also very popular in this house!
Also liked pasta with tuna and sweetcorn. No mayo here!
Cheese as a snack.
Strips of pepper might be easier/softer to eat than carrot.

Either quite liquid soup in a cup like pp said or really thick soup so it sticks on the spoon.

Just remembered about those frittata you can make in muffin tins too, and you can freeze them.

Lunch plates - cubes of cheese, slices of boiled egg, chicken or ham hock shredded, halved/quartered olives, cucumber sticks (skin off if you like), halved/quartered cherry tomatoes, pepper strips, pitta fingers, dips (hummus, bean, etc). Not all at once obviously. Or in smaller amounts as a snack.

Eggy bread.

Pasta with soft cheese stirred through and maybe a little smoked salmon.

Quesadillas- beans and cheese as a basic option with veggies on the side (corn or peppers are nice options) and you can add in stuff to the wrap if you like. You can also add a dipping option - sour cream or a basic tomato salsa.

Roasted veggies - mine loves roasted root veg so I just do loads at the weekend and use it as we need. Stick shapes preferred for ease of grabbing. Chuck something protein-y on the side and it’s a full meal.

Would he eat things like a mild dahl with naan in fingers? If he would I’d batch cook it and freeze in small portions. A mild bean chilli would work in the same way.
