Most painful tattoo you've ever had?

I was so surprised how painful the calf was, having had wrist and spine tattoos.

What have you been shocked by that you thought wouldn't be too bad?

I have one on the front of my hip, the hip itself was fine, but a tiny part touches the crease at the top of my thigh, that was SORE

Inside left wrist - it does have a lot of ink and fine outside lines, I have loads of tattoos but that's the one that made me vru. Upper back across the shoulders hurt a lot, but nothing like the wrist (right inside wrist was fine)

On my neck just under the left side of my jaw, so kind of jaw turning to neck area.

I have quite a few tattoos half sleeves, wrists etc.
BUT the 2 tiny ones on my inner ankles were the most painful thing ever! The larger ones on the outside ankles, fine, my foot fine but those!
