If, as it sounds you are, you decide to go for the 100% WFH role, do ensure you have well defined boundaries between your work and non-work life. That was something I didn't always get right.
Do you have a room which can be dedicated as your office, to which you can close the door once your working day is done? I'm assuming your work will provide you with all the equipment you need, ie: computer, good full sized screen(s), properly supportive office chair, printer and printer supplies, etc. Do ensure you have the best/fastest Internet you can afford.
Also, if you can, in your work email signature, put in the hours you work so people (including you) get used to the idea that you have a defined, structured working day - in the same way you would if you were physically in the office. Do the same on your work mobile.
Be up, dressed and logged in 10mins before your working day so you're mentally "at work" on time and log out again at a sensible point at the end of your working day.
Plan to get out during your lunch hour for exercise and fresh air away from your screen. Try and avoid constantly checking emails and your work mobile out of working hours.
Good luck with your new job. 🌹
