Looks like it to me.

My 6yo has it.

dementedpixie · 27/10/2021 20:45

How long have they had it?
Do they look a little bit like skin tags?

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 27/10/2021 20:45

Does it look like little white beads and is it very sensitive/painful to be touched?

The photos do look like it

Rainallnight · 27/10/2021 20:49

Does look like it. But send to GP just in case

It looks like it to me. My youngest had it for about 6 months in year 6, and had a small outbreak just after freshers week (almost certainly down to "healthy" living). Nothing since then.

Yes I think it is. Get some molludab. Expensive but worked great for us.

I would say yes. (It's identifiable by the "pin prick" in the centre of the spots.)

My DD had it for about a year. The doctor said it could be treated or just left alone until her immune system found it and cleared it (the virus lives right in the upper skin layer so it can take a while for your body to realise it's there). One important thing is to keep the surrounding skin well moisturised as it can spread more easily on dry skin. Towards the end, we found that DD's suddenly got very much worse for about a week and then disappeared overnight.

(I caught it from her by the way as it's quite infectious. It clear mine quickly, I poked the biggest spot hard and deep in the middle with a needle. This helps trigger the immune system. Mine was then gone pretty much immediately.)

Thanks, I thought so.

She had it a couple of years ago on her forehead, we used Molludab and they went away. We have been using Molludab twice daily for about 10 days and they seem to be getting worse.

I will keep on with it and may see if I can get a GP appt.
