My work says I should have a linked in profile

I am not on social media.

It's not for me.

Work wants me to create one. I really don't want to.

Do I really have to?

The point about LinkedIn is that it is a social media like every other. If you don't post, like or engage on it you will be seen by very few and of interest to even less. Can't you just take the path of least resistance and sign up for it then do nothing?
