Yes chicken kebab, lots of salad, no mayo, no pitta or just a little bit of pitta. Add your own lower cal sauce at home. Lamb koftas or falafel with salad and some yoghurt dip wouldn't be too bad either.
Chinese I would get beef and broccoli or chicken chow mein. Avoid any sweet gloopy sauces and anything battered or chips.
Indian i would go for a Chicken Jalfrezi, with popadoms and raita (instead of naan, chutney and creamy sauces). Dahl, Saag Aloo or Bombay potatoes are all great lower calorie options too.
Mexican I would go for Chili and rice, serve with yoghurt instead or soured cream to slash the calories. Or chicken fajitas, without cheese or guacamole. Soft fish tacos also a good option, so long as you don't go crazy on the avocado/guacamole/soured cream etc.
American style I would have a small serving of chicken strips or tenders with beans/bbq beans and corn on the cob. No coleslaw, no dips, no chips. For maximum protein and servings of veg. I know KFC does snack wraps and rice boxes but I'm not sure how they fare! Burger place I would get whatever burger I fancy, but without sides, then add salad at home if they don't sell salad. Nothing really needs to be off Limits it's about making some swaps and deductions and not overdoing the carbs (and going wholegrain where you can).
Italian I would go for a thin and crispy base, and go for the vegetarian option. Or a pasta with a tomato based sauce, the creamy cheesy ones are delicious but also not great calorie wise and lots of fat too.
Thai curry can vary a lot, but is generally veg packed and not too calorific if you go easy on the rice and stay away from the tempura.
Sushi can be deceptive and they can pack quite a lot of calories into those delicious little parcels. It's a healthy option if you keep your portion size in check though.
If you have a Caribbean place, then Jerk Chicken or Curry Goat with rice and peas could be another good option.
