Mine are all from the 1970s so apologies to those of us who aren't familiar with them. In no particular order, they are:

Just When I Needed You Most by Randy Vanwarmer
For The Good Times by Perry Como
The Last Thing On My Mind by Neil Diamond
If You Leave Me Now by Chicago
Where Is The Love ? by Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway

Will You by Hazel O'Connor gets an honourable mention. Fabulous song, not quite a love song but not quite a power ballad either.

The 1970s was responsible for some minor and major love classics, a golden era for that genre. For example:

I accept the final 2, may not be considered love songs in their true sense, but they are significant to me. It also seems that Katy was something of a one kiss wonder!

I would like to dedicate these last 2 tracks to a MNetter who has gone through significant change and something of a renaissance in her life in recent times; you know who you are!
