Suitable holidays abroad with limited mobility?

I love going holidays to places with amazing scenery and wildlife. But I am disabled and things have got worse over the last year. I walk with a stick and really can't manage longer than 15 to 20 mins without sitting down.
I and DP are looking at holidays for next year. But the type of trips that appeal is really not possible for me anymore. So I am looking for ideas of amazing places to go that don't require lots of walking.
To make this harder we have been to all the obvious places like Galapagos, Iceland, National Parks in Utah and Arizona, New Zealand, Costa Rica, China where you can see amazing things without too much walking. And I would be in a lot of pain jiggled in a 4x4 on a safari, so that is out.
Any inspiration anyone?

No we can't meet bespoke costs. You can go to amazing places without paying top whack. I have actually found an amazing tour for about 120 dollars a day per person. It is very basic, but no walking required at all as you can see so much from a small boat.

7 night Nile cruise. A few days in Cairo and Luxor. Egypt is quite friendly to the disabled with trains at sites which can take you right up to the tombs etc.

So for example:

At Dier el Bahari there is a motor train which takes you from the ticket office to the steps of the temple of Hatshepsut. Some walking from there is required.

At the Valley of the Kings there is a motor train to the tombs from the parking lot.

At the pyramids you wouldn’t be able to go inside however there is a parking lot up at the panoramic view.

Philae temple is flat. Heck most of Egypt is flat being desert.

It’s an option anyway. I understand not wanting to do a basic all inclusive. I’ve got seriously bad knees and I did Egypt.

River cruise and hire a travel mobility scooter. Ships are docked near destination so you do as much as you like then go back to the ship. If you don't feel like getting off there is always scenery, people, other boats to watch. A scooter will give you range off the boat. The only possible issue is if a boat docks along side another and you may need to go up and down a flight of stairs to get to your boat. However it won't be busy and you can take as long to do this as you need. They don't usually have lifts but pick your cabin carefully and just do stairs at your own pace.

We take my DM on a lot of our travels and she really struggles with mobility.
Anywhere we can rent a car or a driver is usually a good call. I'm trying to think of our recent pre covid trips - she really enjoyed Oman as most of the sights are easy to access with a car and don't require too much walking (we drove through the country and finished it off with two nights in the desert). She also loves South Africa/Namibia/Botswana/Vic Falls but she doesn't struggle on the game drives (although she does bring a cushion for back support) - she's requested this as her big trip once she's feeling ready for travel next year.

The US is often a safe bet when we plan trips with her as it's so easy to drive around and pre covid we did a road trip through the Yucatan in Mexico - we always plan accommodation to maximise her chances of being able to see things e.g. we stayed in a hotel on the site of Chichen Itza, took a golf cart over to their private entrance and she was able to walk to and enjoy the temples or we stay in the centre of cities so she can walk to the big sights.

It's been about 5 years (and she was much more mobile at that point) but she loved Thailand and Vietnam. Both were relatively easy with drivers.

Hope that helps!
