Does anybody have this Playmobil toy please?

Hi all

Does anybody have this toy at all that they'd be willing to sell please? It's a playmobil take along zoo and you can put water in one side.

My little boy has seen it on YouTube and it's all he's mentioning for Christmas but it isn't sold anymore! I've found one on eBay for around £250 which I'm not willing to pay for something that was about £25 when sold.

So if anybody has this lingering in a toy box that maybe your kids have grown out of, please let me know! I'm willing to pay obviously (just not £250! Grin)

Thank you

Thank you @Caliexpidocioussuper and @hellosunshineagainx

I think we're sorted! The lovely @UnalliterativeGeorge is going to collect it for me on Friday morning and post to me in Brum Smile

I honestly can't believe how many people have reached out and searched for me to help, what a lovely group of people. It's so heartwarming (sorry if I sound soppy!!)

Great karma coming to one and all ThanksThanksThanks

I'll post an update when it's arrived. Nothing frustrates me more than a thread without an ending Grin

Ahhhh love these

TreeTurningYellow · 05/10/2021 21:35

This is what MN is about, Mums helping out other Mums. I am pleased you managed to get sorted. My sons had so much joy out of playmobil sets.

SuperStarRose · 06/10/2021 01:51

Aww I'm so glad OP that you've managed to get hold of it with some help.

I have so many old toys in the loft I really should put them on Ebay for someone who's looking for something specific like you.

10 years ago I desperately wanted the grey plastic 1994 Fisher Price Castle with the cannon balls, red drawbridge and little figures and after much searching I went to a local Car Boot sale and there one was for only £6 with all the bits and pieces including the knights. I was over the moon and DS 16 wont get rid of it or his ELC red happyland Rocket ship Grin which quite possibly is also discontinued.

immersivereader · 06/10/2021 02:05

Ah lovely stuff (brew and feet up)

SuperStarRose · 06/10/2021 02:20

Ps DS doesnt play with them but refuses to get rid of them.

Rtmhwales · 06/10/2021 02:41

This warmed my heart. So lovely. Hope your little boy loves it.

BunnytheFriendlyDragon · 06/10/2021 03:31

Result!!!

About 10 years ago an MNer sent me a particular plastic giraffe from her children’s toy box, after DS (then 2 or 3) had fallen in love with one at a friend’s house.

I'm so glad it's sorted op

I've been sent a massive box of dinosaurs from a MNer because my daughter is dino obsessed, and another MNer sent me an absolute shed load of children's books for the DC as Hers had outgrown them. They're much loved. I love MN.

TeethingBabyHelp sorry I missed your post about the other poster being unable to help but I'm pleased you are sorted. I'm sure your DC will be thrilled on christmas day.

Thank you all for the messages

It really has been the most heartwarming thing. I'm ok first trimester with second baby and EVERYTHING is making me weep at the moment and this has been one of them
Happy tears of course.

Lovely @UnalliterativeGeorge is collecting for me tomorrow.

I think the hardest thing now will be waiting until Christmas Day to give it to him !!
