Does anyone here have a sad lamp?
I am thinking about the idea of getting one of these.
I like the summer time and I like to sleep with the curtains open in the summer time. I find waking up to the natural light in the window is so much more better than be woken by an alarm. I wake easier in the summer time because its brighter. Often I wake without an alarm clock in the summer. I am so much more better for it.
I am not going to lie. I am finding the darker mornings so much more harder now. Everything about the dark mornings. The phone alarms often slept through. The sore head. I hate the darker mornings.
Would a sad lamp help me?
