Kids diets

My dd and son usually eat the following in a day:

Chocolate krispies with semi skimmed milk for brekkie
followed by a twix and a packet of crisps for morning break
Lunch is usually a chocolate spread sandwich, crisps, a piece of cake, cheese string, an apple, and a sausage roll.
Dinner is something like fish & chips or curry.

They both drink about a pint of milk a day but they seem to be quite sluggish - should I cut their milk to skimmed?

NO, i would stop giving milk altogether, just ensure you up the dosage of twix's in the morning and they'll be getting more than a substantial diet.

I am sure that would be ok especially as the:

TWIX is milk chocolate,

It may be a milk chocolate spread

CHEESE STRING deffo has milk in

If you give CHEESE and ONION crisps more milk

milk in the CAKE

I think they may be having TOO MUCH MILK I would replace with skimmed mixed with water.

Looks like a perfectly balanced diet to me, although it does look as if they eat a bit too much fruit. I do think that the full fat milk might be making them sluggish though, have you thought about giving them oca Cola instead?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! I'm sorry. This is fantastic.

Are they sluggish in the afternoon ? It's a long time from lunch till dinner. They probably need a tea-time snack. Portion of chips ? Few biscuits ?

A dairy milk bar may be better than a twix for a snack - there's a glass and a half of full cream milk in one of those!

let them have two bars instead of a two finger twix of course.

You need to start feeding your children vegetables (if you have ever heard of such a foreign concept)
