There are the specialists who refer someone and there are the authorities and then there's me who coordinates with both.
Is this sentence (bullet point) correct?
Coordination with referring specialist and authorities.

It sound weird.
Coordinator between referring specialist and authorities.
Or is there a better way of saying "referring specialist"

I would use 'the' before it, so:
Coordination between the referring specialist and the authorities...

Yes, grammatically the sentence is correct. However, it may be that it’s not contextually correct, i.e., there may be a better way of phrasing the sentence to make more sense.

The authorities and specialist refer clients, I coordinate with both or coordinate them both or coordinate them.

There are the specialists who make referrals, and the authorities; I coordinate with both.

Still a bit weird though. "Refer someone" sounds like they are only ever referring one person and I don't think that's what you mean, so "make referrals" is better IMO.

I am a Referral Specialist. I coordinate the references of clients from specialists to the authorities.

I don't actually understand what you are saying in first post.

Your first post is very poor, I agree with Spiindoctor above.
