Prevents scurvy.
Are you breast or bottle feeding?

Speak to your health visitor who will advise you.

How old is your dd? If she's under six months she'll get all the vitamins she needs from breast milk or formula. If she's old enough for solids then oranges are particularly high in vitamin C, but it's also in lots of other fruit and vegetables. You can read more here.

Do you mean vitamin D? The NHS recommends supplementing with vitamin D if you are breastfeeding, you can buy these in pharmacies and supermarkets. If you are formula feeding your baby will get everything they need from the milk.

Vitamin C is important for your baby's general health and immune system. It can also help the baby's body absorb iron. The best vitamin C source is Ambla, peppers, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. You can take vitamin C supplements
