TP water honestly. Especially hard water. Cheap date.

Tea. Proper builders

Water made mostly from crushed ice. Or red wine. Preferably both.

Rocks (it's organic blackcurrant squash)

Whisky.

Gold Blend coffee.

Earl Grey Tea
New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with ice

Green tea. Soya mocha latte.

Good old Tetley tea, strong enough to stand your spoon up in.

Spiced rum and bundaberg ginger beer 😋

Chai tea at home, I have about 3 cups a day.

Twinnings camomile and honey tea.
