I’ve never understood the Jeremy Clarkson love. He is so adored by many almost a national treasure. He has certainly toned down his nasty side in recent years

There's a lot of nepotism on tv, Zoe Ball and Claudia Winkleman for one, only got to where they are due to their famous parents. Holly smug Willoughby has only got lucky due to her producer husband.

She's got a huge social media following - there was some sort of spin off show a while back where she cooked and they showed off their expensive house and lifestyle, DS2 used to watch it. She seems to some sort of influencer (whatever that is) so I guess it's to get the youngsters watching it. I'll go and make a cup of tea when she comes on.

I don't like Jeremy Clarkson but he's made an interesting programme there because he does actually have a talent with words.

And unlike cars and overblown travelogues I found the subject matter this time (and people involved) interesting.

So he gets a free pass for a change.😂
