Am I the only one still in pyjamas? - tell the truth!

Rare few days of empty house, lazing around, just had lunch in my pjs.

What time did you get washed and dressed today, if you did! What about the kids?

Do you ever just not bother?

This month I have been actually dressed three times, one for an hour trip to see the gp, the other for about 3 hours for dinner with sil and the other to walk the puppy while dh was at hospital. I'm really not well atm so don't feel remotely bad about it. I don't actually wear jammies to bed unless it's really freezing, but I do wear them when I'm home

I wore a t shirt to bed last night. This morning I put on fresh knickers (I somehow feel it’s important to stress this!) and pulled on a pair of shorts. That’s it, no shower, no “proper” clothes

I don’t have a partner who may be offended by it. I wasn’t going anywhere. And I personally do not need to be dressed for my mental health. I also took a nap which is much easier to do when you’re not dressed and your bed hasn’t yet been made!

I’m a bit different I think in that when my MH is bad I go into overdrive on routines, cleaning etc. I suspect it’s because I feel out of control in other areas, and those are areas I can control. When I’m genuinely happy, I don’t need control in those areas and can merrily slob around!

Up and dressed and out of the house before 7 as I will be again tomorrow 😴
Saturday is another story as I have a weekend off (hurrah!) so will be in jammies until midday at least.
Not wrong with a pyjama day (though I usually have a bath and put fresh ones on before going back to bed).

I sleep naked so get up and put pj's on. If I go out I get dressed but get back into pj's as soon as I walk through the door - even if I have to go back out later on.
