Hi Mn, For context I’m 44kg and I hope to be 50kg by the first of January 2022. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to gain weight? Not stuff like “stuff your face with fast food” as fatty foods often give me stomach problems etc

My dsd weighed 42 kgs at her lowest.
This is what she had to eat to get weight gain started :
250 ml oj
50gm cereal, 200 ml full fat milk
40 gms sultanas
A full fat yoghurt.

Snack : smoothie, and cereal bar

Lunch: sandwich, thick bread, buttered, 200gm cheese.
Pkt crisps
250 mls juice

Snack : cereal bar (200cals), fortisp drink

Dinner. Large serving of whatever we were eating.. I cooked with cream, oil, cheese etc.

Supper fortisp drink, two pieces of toast, buttered and jam

It was a lot.
We did porridge made with dbl cream
Rissoto with cream, cheese, butter
Couscous with oil added
Quorn is good as it soaks up oil or butter it is cooked in.

I would suggest introducing a "supper" of a couple of cookies and a milky drink before bed, Enid Blyton style.

Smoothies/protein shakes made with full fat milk to drink in between meals. Bananas and avocados are calorie dense fruits.

Add things like flax seeds and chia seeds (and any other seeds) to your meal, smoothie, yogurt. They are nutritious, calorie rich but won't make you feel like you are eating lots.

I make overnight oats with a 1/3 cup oats, some honey, cinnamon, whole earth crunchy peanut butter, banana and a table spoon of mixed seeds and a cup of milk. Very healthy, high in calories and also keeps you full until lunch. I mix a week's worth of dry ingredients in advance and put them in 5 tupperware tubs and just add the wet ingredients the night before.

What’s led to you being so underweight now? That’s the important context that’s totally missing from this thread.

This is a conversation you really ought to be having with a medical professional to rule out illness as the cause for your low weight and support you in getting back to a healthy weight having had an eating disorder in the past.
