Who is booking foreign holidays for 2022?

Like many I haven't been abroad for two years and started idly looking at Brittany Ferries this morning for next year. I was taken aback that some cabin types on the routes I looked at were already sold out. This has made me think I ought to book now or it will sell out completely/prices will go crazy. But I'm worried about restrictions - there are flexible tickets now and I think insurance has got better since this all started and I'd obviously look into that before booking, but I couldn't do hotel quarantines etc. I wonder if people are assuming that won't be a thing by next year? Obviously it's so far ahead and no one actually knows but I just wondered what others are thinking/doing.

Sorry went off on a tangent no we don’t book in advance but that’s what we always do.

We haven’t used the overnight ferry in years but the good cabins were often booked out by August the year before.

Again, our holiday that was rescheduled to this year, has now been moved to next year. Fingers crossed, third time lucky.

I will just wait until nearer the time - usually only book my holiday a few weeks before anyway. I doubt absolutely everything is going to be sold out. I hate booking miles in advance as I just don't know when/where I'll fancy going by then. And I can't book the annual leave now anyway as it's too early.
