I'm wanting to look at an old TV clip I remember from a while back in case it might be of use in a lesson I'm planning. In it, two men are playing some form of ball game, I think tennis, and they begin by saying, 'Shall we have a game of....?' but I don't remember what. I think it's a grammatical or linguistic term. As they play they keep asking each other questions, and at one point one player complains that the other's answer is a non-sequitur. They speak very rapidly, and the game is based around what they're saying. At the end, one shouts 'game, set and MATCH'. It was meant to be a comedy thing and I think it was a sketch from a comedic TV show.
Sorry, it's not terribly much to go on, I know. Any ideas?
