Boob or Bust - can’t find a bra!

I’m 7 months postpartum and EBF. I’ve just done Boob or Bust for the first time since before I was pregnant (I was a 28E pre-pregnancy) and it’s come out at 28F or 28FF.

Where do I find a nursing bra in this size?! Everywhere seems to start at 32 Confused

It said my ideal size would be a 24H/24HH but they aren’t commonly available so it suggests 28F/28FF.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you Smile

Bra Stop have a selection www.brastop.com/collections/maternity-bras?productFilter=attribute_Size%3A28FF

The Panache Sophie nursing bra is available in a 28 back (sold at bravissimo and other online shops). I didn't find it hugely supportive or flattering but then my cup size is a bit bigger so you might get on better with it.

Molke will do your size, some women rave about Molke but it's not my style so I've never had one.

You could buy a normal (non-nursing) bra and convert it to a nursing bra using a kit www.suckle-store.co.uk/product/nursing-bra-conversion-kit/

Other than that, not sure, but there's a Boob or Bust Facebook group you can ask in.

@21Bee Thanks! They only seem to have one nursing bra though and it’s in black; I was after lighter colours Smile

@NameChange30 Thanks! I can’t seem to find the Panache Sophie in a 28 white, just black unfortunately.

I agree with you about Molke; I think it’s a bit too bold.

I may have to see about conversion, thanks Smile

All I want is a a pretty feminine nursing bra that makes me feel good about myself. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard 😂

at 7 months, I would simply wear normal bras - slide strap off shoulder, pull cup down, perfectly fine for feeding. And you'll have a lot more choice as well. Don't go for full cup, but balconette or plunge.

I always recommend a fitting in bravissimo, if you can get to one. They were doing virtual fittings, maybe they still are.

I have a Panache and a Hot Milk nursing bra.

I was in a 30, measured in 32 at 3 months pp but there are lots of hooks so I've been able to reduce the band as I've needed to. You could maybe try a 30 and return if it's no good.

@KatharinaRosalie Thanks! I never thought of that actually, just using a normal bra and doing it that way. I can’t wear balconette bras as my shoulders are too narrow but I’ll give that a try Smile

@GogWhoIsAgog Thanks, I might try a 30 Smile

If your actual measurement is 24, a 30 will be way too big. I think your best bet is a normal (non-nursing) bra in a 28 back. Brands and styles can come up big/small in the back so go for small obviously. Do the backwards band test.

I was also going to suggest Hotmilk, I had a really lovely nursing bra from there. Everything else I could find was extremely "functional" but my Hotmilk one was beautiful. I don't think they do a 28 though, but there were loads of hook & eye points on the chest band so I'm sure you could try putting a 30 on the smallest fitting

straps slide down if the back is too big. But yes if you measure 24 then it will be a challenge to find bras in your correct size.
