Weird spots that burst under the skin

I know this is gross, sorry!

For about a month/ 6 weeks, I've had little lumps, that have felt like spots under the skin, about the size of a pea. The first couple I applied some Magnesium Sulphate to. The skin was red, but they never came to a head, Nevertheless, I tried to squeeze them and they burst, under the skin.

They then spread, along a sort of cord (for want of better terminology). A couple of times a tiny amount of white has come out.

They are from my armpit to just over halfway to my elbow.

I've become obsessed with squeezing the skin, and you can feel several pops under the skin, then I guess they must sort of congregate.

I've no idea what they are. I thought they might be hidradenitis suppurativa, as I get a lot of boils in my armpits, but these just never come to a head, or are even visible really. They're just squidgy and pop, with several pea sized lumps along what feels like a cord.

They're not really painful, although occasionally they are.

Sorry that it's gross, I don't want to bother the GP about something that sounds silly.

Good lord, go to the doctor!! This doesn't seem like a small deal to me.

What you describe sounds similar to a ganglion which is a fluid filled cyst along a tendon sheath. These can be burst (traditionally "hit with a bible") and can reoccur. However I've never heard of them so high up in an arm. Def worth speaking to your GP

I've had ganglions on my hand before, these are different as they recur almost immediately (within hours).

I just assumed it wasn't a big deal as they don't seem infected, but may do the E Consult thing, but they ask for photos and it's impossible to photo as there's nothing to see, just feel. Also they have an impossibly long lead time, I had an infection in my nose (which had spread to towards the bone), and they gave me an appointment a month away. Luckily I phoned and said I didn't think it could wait, which was lucky as the GP thought it would have been difficult to treat if I'd waited.
