Pain in lower abdomen what else can I try?

Pain started yesterday at about 5 pm and has been almost constant since. Nothing seems to be easing it.

I've tried ibuprofen and paracetamol.

I've eaten but that made me feel queasy.

I've had a bath.

I've tried to go to the toilet.

I've tried massaging it and bicycle wheel legs incase it's trapped wind.

I've tried sleeping and hoping I wake up feeling better (I've had about 3 hours restless sleep in total).

I've filled in the NHS 111 online form which says contact GP in the morning.

Not one thing has made even the slightest but of difference. Anything else anyone recommends trying to help it ease until the surgery opens at 8am?

I was just about to comment before I read your reply saying was it a ovarian cyst. I suffer with them on my right ovary all the time and the pain is like you describe. Hopefully it all settles down for you .
