Easy karaoke song from the 60s or 70s?

DD will be hosting an event fairly soon, at which there will be karaoke. I would like do it, but without making too much of a fool of myself...

Thanks all! I tried "Here comes the sun" but found it quite hard. Then I had a brainwave - I put Magical Mystery Tour (album) on and sang along with all the songs. Then tried MMT karaoke (the song), and it seems possible with a lot a bit of practice.

Daydream believer ..the monkeys. You do not need a voice . Non singers it works for us. Gets the crowd going and as they sing along with it.

Ahh I too was coming on to say daydream believer by the monkeys. Can’t go wrong. Everybody sings it anyway, so it drowns you out

Don't be fooled into thinking Carpenters songs are easy to perform - they really aren't - Karen was an amazing vocalist - the hits might be easy listening but are deceptively difficult to sing well 😏
