Do you restitch Primark kids clothes?

My daughters has had these leggings for around 3 months and probably wears them once a week or even less. Would you fix these by restitching, make her wear them without fixing them or get rid?

@CafeMochaVodkaValiumLate

This is why a lot of fast fashion ends up in landfill Sad

I know. I can't believe the first impulse is to bin. Sad

Mending only takes a few minutes.

I wouldnt fix, id just continue to use, but maybe with a longer top or under a dress. If it bothered me a lot then id stitch the seam, but im not that fussy.
Primark leggings usually last quite well on me though, and certainly no worse than other places that ive paid more for.

Eminently mendable. Five minute job at most so I definitely would.

@VikingLady

I've never found a single brand of leggings that didn't unravel on the bum. Even Dickens and Jones.

Just restitch them with a small zigzag stitch.

That’s interesting, I have 3 kids who wear a lot of leggings and I’ve never had this happen to a pair! We usually get them from Next or H&M. I would mend if this happened to any of our leggings but it never has, so far.

I'd repair them by hand, agree with PP it's usually quicker to hand stitch than get the sewing machine out & set up.

I usually end up with a small repairs pile & do them all at once.

I re-purpose as much as possible & buy new as little as possible!

I don’t have a sewing machine though and would have no idea how to use one so any repairs would be ones that could be done by hand.
