Think I had a " new" wierd/scam call today . My NI number has been suspended!

Recorded message ..I had to press 1 to speak to an advisor before criminal action even arrest were going to be made against me !

Dont worry ! I hung up .
Mobile type of number.

Anyone else had something like this ??

Otherwise for National Crime Agency speak to an adviser and ask if the Home Office know they're making these kind of calls in work time

I had that today, one number out. I didn't answer so I'll never know if I'm wanted for my crimes.

I had about 4 yesterday, all with similar numbers to mine. I answered the first as I was expecting a call from someone collecting something but it was a recorded message, so hung up, blocked the number and hung up on the rest whilst adding all them to blocked list.

No, the number that phoned me was entirely different to mine

I had numerous calls about a fortnight ago, a number quite similar to mine. I answered the first one and it was obviously pre recorded nonsense. The eerie thing was I would block the number but then a slightly different number would ring. This happened about 5 times, all similar numbers to mine but slightly changed so when I blocked they’d try again and again.

I had a few of these between March and May. They were recordings but I had a feeling someone was listening in. The last call I had I asked them that as I’d been waiting since March when were the police going to come and arrest me? The line went dead and I’ve not had a call since. The original calls came from numbers similar to mine but towards the end the numbers were very different.

Yes also had that. It sounds like the same automated message that I've also had from hmrc who have a warrant out for my arrest. Allegedly.

I’ve had it twice in 2 days - nothing like my number though. I have the numbers so will register them.
