Scientific publications and cv

How do you include your publication list at the end of your cv? Do you use the format for each individual journal you published in or do you type your cv so all of the references are formatted the same?

And if you studied or worked a foreign university, do you translate the name of the university / job title of your group or leave it in the original a language (esp. w.r.t. references)

Who is going to be interested in seeing the pubs?

If other academics, we can usually handle seeing foreign names as long as stated in a familiar alphabet -- eg., you'd have to translate Московский государственный университет имени М. В. Ломоносова (Moscow State University) into English, but not Universität Leipzig.

I wish I had Endnote when I started my pubs list and then I'd use the simplest bibliography format possible (possibly customised), list up to first 6 authors on each pub, maybe. Use the same format for all your pubs on your cv. Reality is my pub list formatting is messy & not consistent.

I'm applying to a company in the same country, and therefore language, as the university but my application has to be written in English.

Last application I submitted to a different company didn't even get me an interview and I wondered if it was a faux-pas not to have translated everything into English and having an inconsistant publication list.
