Tired, overweight and tired

I'm early 30s, dog owning, a single parent, studying and working. I have put on a lot of weight recently (size 14 but don't carry it well, it's everywhere).
I walk everyday for the dog who needs around 2 hours walking a day.
I eat healthy food but too much of it.
I am tired ALL the time, I'm stiff and tense.

Is this what 30s is like?!
I'm only 33 but feel ten years older. I've gone from being quite pretty and energetic to a slump. I put a lot of pressure on myself to make sure the house is clean, children are encouraged and entertained. But that's part and parcel of life.

Does anyone else feel tired all the time? And stiff and sore? And put on weight?

Sounds like your Vitamin D is very low.

Concur with getting blood tests, I’m on Vit D tablets now for falling asleep everywhere and have low folate levels in the past.

So now I just feel world weary but then I am a 40+ yr single mother with a FT job so that’s standard!

Thanks for your replies. I had bloods taken a couple of months ago, all of which came back within normal range apparently.
I eat pretty well, and I walk outside everyday.

So then I've resigned to it being weight and generally the mental/physical load of being a Mother, although my sons are 6 and 10 so it's not like they're newborns. They are hyperactive dictators.

How much sleep do you get? Most obvious reason for always feeling tired is insufficient sleep. You should be getting a minimum of 7 hours per night. Watch Matthew Walkers TED talk on the importance of sleep and how it affects your health, both physical and mental.
