Night time nappies

Where can I buy night time nappies? I've just arrived in the UK from Taiwan (in quatentine) and I've had 3 nights of wet cot sheets with toddler 1.5yrs. I had this problem in Taiwan with him waking as all wet as nappy full, so I brought night time nappies in Taiwan which are really thick and absorbent. But can't find the same in UK, I've tried Lidls and Sainsbury's own but both so so so thin. Please help recommend thick nappies I can send my mum to buy for me. Frustrating as obviously can't see nappy until you paid and opened bag. Looking forward to advice. Thank you

Generally the nappies that say plus on them e.g. 5+ are thicker ones.

You also have to ensure the nappy fits the individual child. So you may have to go up or down a size. Personally I've found he same size Sainsburys nappies more generous in size than Lidl.

If you are really stuck try a well known brand like Pampers. Otherwise it is a case of getting own brand nappies from all your local supermarkets and trying them to see if they fit.

Also if his nappy is that full you will have to change him in the night.

Also get some “drynites’ sheets - they are disposable absorbable sheets that can go under the main sheet to stop the mattress getting wet.
You have to go by child weight (approximately) and then as the PP said try and get the + ones.
I use pull-up style ones as I find they leak less.

I use pampers. DS sleeps 12 hours at night and verly rarely leaks - maybe once every 3 months.

A lot of it is just trial and error, the fit makes a huge difference to whether they leak or not.

In the end we used Rascal and Friends nappies from Tesco overnight, they are the ones in the Brighton green pack.

They aren't specifically night time ones but my DD leaked overnight in Sainsbury's or Aldi nappies. But didn't leak in these.

Just get pampers active fit. They are more expensive but they do the job well.

Agree with pampers and check you have the right size

We never had a problem with DD leaking overnight and we used a mix of Pampers and Aldi ones. Agree about the plus ones being better.

The plus ones are designed for overnight. Also second getting the sheets if you are concerned.

As others plus size. I use Nutmeg from Morrison’s or Asda little angels and never had any problems.
