Do you use re-useable Tassimo pods?

My friend's dp has just bought her a new one & she surprised me with her old one this afternoon after I mentioned the other day I've never had a fancy coffee machine.

I'm going to spend a bit of time looking into re-useable pods for it but thought I'd ask here too, if anyone uses them? What drinks for? Are they a pita to clean? & anything else I might need/want to know?

Thanks :)

I don't, but I'd like to. Got a link for any?

I was put off by my sister saying the reusable nespresso ones were shit.

No, I'm still looking.

Reviews don't seem great tbh so it may not be used very much at all 🤷‍♀️

We are on our third Tassimo machine and had no idea that reusable pods were an actual thing!

Please, OP, where can I get some?

OK - found them on Amazon. They are quite expensive as we would need two.

Not sure...

We looked into these when I bought DH one for Christmas, from what I could see though they didn't have great reviews and very pricey

But surely better than just chucking used pods in the bin. Since my not very local recycling spot stopped recycling, we’ve stopped using our Tassimo machine. They really need to up their game environmentally.

You can get bags from the tassimo website which you fill with the used pods and then drop off (ours is at our local convenience store) and they recycle them.

You do have to buy a box of pods to get 3 bags Hmm but they sometimes have offers on

I've looked into reusable Nespresso pods over the years but the reviews have never been great. By all accounts they are fiddly, difficult to clean and break easily. I'll keep looking though because it's something I would use every day, I just want it to be worth the money and extra steps.
