I have an U/S picture which is very old and I don’t have any copies. It’s been in a frame so has the light damaged it?

I’m sure I’ve heard you can’t copy them ? How can I keep if from further degrading or copy it

Take it out the frame and take picture of it.

You can get photos of your phone printed out or send it digitally to someone who might be able to touch it up using photoshop.

It’s laminating you can’t do. As they are printed on heat-sensitive paper, they go totally black if you laminate them (as my cousin found out the hard way).

Myshinynewname · 22/05/2021 11:47

Don't photocopy it. The paper is heat sensitive and will go black. A photo of it is the best way.

Thankyou
